All five tracks, delivered remotely. Live group sessions and biweekly 1:1s with the PhD lead. Designed for families whose schedule does not fit the in-person Summer Institute — and as the Winter pilot that validates the curriculum before next Summer's flagship.

Weeks 4-7
Track deep-dive · biweekly 1:1 with PhD lead
Tracks split. Each student pairs with their PhD lead in biweekly 1:1 sessions for domain workflows, capstone scoping, and architecture review.
Weeks 8-10
Capstone build + demo
Streamlined capstone scope (vs. the in-person Summer): a working agent shipped to a public URL with a recorded demo, a written architecture, and a portfolio-ready writeup. Letters of recommendation when performance warrants.
