What’s included

Everything we deliver in the Summer Institute.

The Winter Cohort includes a streamlined version of these — capstone scope is tighter, instruction is remote, college admissions coaching is not bundled.

Contact instruction

90 hours of senior-engineer-led instruction across the 3-week Summer Institute. Daily code review with the engineer who builds production AI for a living, paired with a track-specific PhD lead.

1:1 capstone mentorship

Every student is matched with a PhD practitioner in their target field plus a senior engineer. The mentor relationship continues past program end — for advice, references, and introductions.

Documented project portfolio

A live URL, a written architecture, a recorded demo, and source code that an admissions reader can verify.

1:1 college admissions coaching

Three essay coaching sessions, a mock college interview, a narrative architecture session, and a finished Common App essay draft built around your child's capstone — in Week 3.

Letters of recommendation

When performance warrants. Personal, specific, and written by a working professional — not a templated form letter.

Mentor introductions

Direct intros to working professionals in your child's target field — beyond the assigned mentor, into the broader practitioner network we work with.

Scholarships

Two scholarship seats per Summer session.

We commit to two need-based scholarship seats per Summer Institute session. The application is the same as the standard application; we ask one additional short essay about financial context. Final aid decisions are confirmed during your consultation.
